By booking service with Peony Petal Tidy, you agree to the service scope, pricing, scheduling, and communication guidelines provided at confirmation.
Bookings are not final until confirmed by our team. Quotes may be updated if actual conditions on site materially change the required labor or service scope.
Clients are responsible for safe access to the property and for communicating any important details such as entry codes, alarms, pets, or delicate surfaces.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, notify us within 24 hours so we can review and, when appropriate, arrange a return visit or additional resolution.
Refund Policy

- Missed areas that were part of the confirmed service scope
- Service quality materially below agreed expectations
- Customer cancellations made with 48+ hours notice
